Episode 1

In this first episode, we introduce our Podcast host, Brian Petersen Ph.D., his educational background, his career and his motivation for pursuing a career in Organizational Learning.

Brian is presently a senior Partner with Jordack Consultants, an advisory firm specializing in Learning and Performance. Over the course of his 35-year career in Human Capital consulting, Brian has served more than thirty-five Fortune 500 clients around the world, primarily working with technology, consulting and telecom companies.

Our goal with this show is to interview global organizational learning leaders, where you will get the opportunity to learn how they got to their executive level role within their organization, what education prepared them for their role, and what were some major challenges that they confronted and overcame to get to their leadership role.

Our hope with the Elevating Learning Podcast is to create a space where young professionals starting to work in organizational learning can hear firsthand how they might plan and prepare for a senior role as a learning leader in the future.
